Who writes the program?

We all do. This is a very hands on practical team. We often appoint a person as the activities leader. This is someone who has previously been on team and knows the venues. There role is coordinate, not run all the activities.

Team members can liaise by email in the lead-up to their team. We use Dropbox to store activity ideas and past programs so people can access, discuss and plan with more information. The activity leader will be looking for your ideas for games, plays, songs and skits. Simple things, easy words including some regular everyday children’s songs. We have resources stored in China but if you have activities which need props or resources it’s always best to bring this up in advance. Some people have brought their things with them to simplify matters.
