Medications or prescription drugs

Be sure you carry an ample supply of any personal medications you need in case you are delayed or something totally unforeseen happens. Always carry at least a few days supply in your hand luggage in case your bag takes a holiday at a different destination. If in doubt always consider asking your medical practitioner for advice and also varying a letter from your medical practitioner if you are taking larger quantities or a broad variety of drugs with you. This may help when you are entering different countries.
